Cancellation & Refund Policy


  1. Registration and Payment: To guarantee a space in class, registration and payment are required prior to the scheduled class date.
  2. Appointment Only: We do not offer walk-in services. All classes are by appointment only.
  3. Payment Deadline: Payment must be received at least 24 hours before the class begins.
  4. Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in and prepare for class.
  5. Rescheduling: If you contact us 24 hours prior to the class, we will work with you to reschedule. The first reschedule is free; any additional reschedule will incur a $15 fee. Course fees are non-refundable.
  6. No Show/No Call: If you do not attend a class without notifying us in advance, no refund will be given.
  7. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 14 years old to take any class.
  8. Online Course Policy: No refunds will be given for online courses.
  9. Replacement Card Fee: There is a $15 replacement fee for BLS Health Care Provider and Heart Saver course completion cards.
  10. Class Cancellation: The Manic Medic, LLC reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to weather or other unforeseen conditions. Please contact us to verify the status of your class.
  11. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. If you cancel or do not attend a class, you forfeit your payment.
  12. Right to Refuse Service: The Manic Medic, LLC reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
  13. Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and do not sell or share customer information with unrelated companies.
  14. Instructor Course Minimum: A minimum of 3 participants is required for any instructor course.
  15. Final Sales: All sales are final.
